- AJUSA.com honors all manufacturer warranty policies. If your item becomes defective please contact AJUSA.com to discuss sending your product in for warranty evaluation.
- To initiate a warranty claim, please contact a Customer Care Representative at (800) 877-1911.
- All warranty returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection.
- A copy of your original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included with the return. This must be supplied by the customer. If Proof of purchase is not supplied AJ-USA cannot accept the warranty return
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- AJUSA or its manufacturers will not refund any labor or installations charges.
- Any damage incurred during installation or improper use of the product will void any warranty or eligibility to be returned.
- AJUSA.com may request images to show any damages, incorrect items received before authorizing a warranty return.
- When sending any items in for a warranty evaluation, neither AJUSA nor the Manufacturer guarantees the items to be covered under warranty. Please allow up to 8 weeks for warranty evaluation resolution.
